    fiat doblo' non sale di giri

    ciao ragazzi,ho un problema con un fiat doblo' 1.3 multijet:

    non supera i 1400 giri..

    già controllato valvola egr,filtro antiparticolato,turbina,catalizzatore,pedale acceleratore con potenziometro e fasatura della catena distribuzione..

    anche la pressione carburante e gli iniettori sono ok..

    il tester non segnala nessun guasto!qualcuno ha consigli utili?

    altrimenti mi rimane solo la centralina..

    controlla il tubo d'aspirazione che va dalla TURBINA AL  DEBIMETRO

    In una situazione tanto drammatica, penso che una accurata analisi dei parametri di funzionamento possa dare qualche risposta. Qualche particolare lavoro e stato eseguito ultimamente?

    ciao vedi se riesci con il tuo strumento a leggere la pressione turbo effettiva e quella obbiettivo ,poi fai lo stesso con la pressione rail post qualche dato  a dimenticavo mi e capitato una musa con lo stesso motore aveva inghiottito dal tubo aspirazione il tappo di una tanica lavavetri  che ostruiva quasi del tutto l'aspirazione il motore non saliva di giri

    la pressione del turbo misurata corrisponde a quella obiettiva,quando sono al minimo..

    quando accelero e riesco ad arrivare a 1400 giri,invece ho 700mbar(quella obiettiva sarebbe di 1000mbar)..

    ma i tubi aspirazione e intercooler non sono ostruiti e nemmeno rotti..la turbina gira libera..

    il catalizzatore e il fap staccati possono mandare in recovery la centralina?

    le pressioni carburanti sono ok..

    infatti, ti ho detto di provare in "aspirato", cioè senza tubazioni perchè già successo trovate ostruzioni e perchè non ho ma visto un TD andare in depressione. La farfalla è aperta?

    Prova a staccare il catalizzatore. Il difetto è comparso subito oppure progressivamente?

    è impossibile che hai meno prex di quella atmosferica.

    Cìè un intasamento PER FORZA,come ha già detto commodore,non puoi leggere in un diesel pressione inferiore a quella atmosferica.

    Stacca il debimetro e prova a farci un giro con la turbina che aspira liberamente.

    altrimenti puoi avere tubi intercooler schiacciati,ostruiti oppure collettori di aspirazione pieni che ostruiscono il passaggio aria.

    ciao ragazzi,problema risolto..

    tubo intercooler che esternamente era ok..internamente avevano ceduto le tele ed ostruiva il passaggio dell'aria..

    grazie mille dei consigli..

    incredibile..anke sostituendo il tubo intercooler difettoso,il motore non sale di giri..

    i parametri pressione sovralimentazione ora sono ok..

    problema risolto..

    centralina motore guasta!me la sono cavata con una revisionata !
